The checkout went through fine in the end, but they could’ve made it a lot quicker. It wasn’t a huge problem, just kind of slow for no obvious reason.

"Tracking was easy, but I felt a bit ignored"
I ordered from snugglebugz.ca the tracking part was really straightforward. I got updates when it shipped and the delivery showed up right on time, so no complaints there. That said, I did feel a little ignored when I had a question and didn’t really get much of a response. The order itself went fine, but the communication could’ve been better.

"Arrived Way Faster Than Expected"
I ordered from snugglebugz.ca and didn’t expect it to show up so quickly. I got the tracking info almost right away, and the package actually arrived earlier than I planned for. I was happy with how many stroller and car seat options they had. I found a few brands I was already considering, plus a couple I hadn’t heard of before. The site was easy enough to browse, though some of the extra pop-ups or add-on suggestions felt a little unnecessary.

I ordered from Snuggle Bugz while half-watching TV after dinner, and I was relieved the shipping wasn’t ridiculous like it can be on some baby sites. The total still felt fair, and there wasn’t some random surprise charge popping up at checkout. It was just a simple, easy order, and I’d use them again.

"Curbside pickup was okay, just a little slow"
The curbside pickup went fine overall. I was relieved that the order was correct and the staff was nice, but I did get a little frustrated waiting longer than I expected. Not a terrible experience or anything, just kind of one of those moments where you’re glad it worked out but wish it had been quicker.

I had a warranty issue come up and reached out to them for help. It took a couple emails back and forth and a little waiting, but they did get it sorted in the end. Not the fastest thing ever, but they followed through, so I’m happy with how it turned out

I stopped in to check out strollers and car seats, and I will say the store had a good selection to look through. The staff seemed friendly too, which I appreciated. That said, they were busy, so I had to wait a while before anyone could help me, and the prices felt a bit higher than I expected. Overall, it was still a decent visit and I found it helpful to see everything in person, just not an amazing experience.

I got a Snuggle Bugz gift card for my sister’s baby shower because I had no clue what she still needed. The email showed up quickly, and sending it over to her was straightforward. No drama, no weird steps, which I appreciated.
She ended up using it online a few days later and told me checkout was really simple. Then suddenly I was like, wow, why don’t I do gift cards more often? Way less stressful than guessing between ten different baby things.

"Refund was easier than I expected"
I had to return something I ordered from snugglebugz.ca, and for some reason I just had a feeling it was going to be one of those drawn-out return situations. But it was smooth. I sent the item back and got updates along the way without needing to follow up or wonder what was happening.
The refund came through not long after they received it, which was a nice surprise. It just felt straightforward from start to finish, with no awkward back and forth or extra hoops to jump through...

"Really helpful car seat install, minus the booking delay"
We booked help with installing our new car seat because why do these things feel like they require an engineering degree? It ended up being genuinely useful, and I’m really glad we did it instead of just guessing and hoping for the best.
The staff member was super patient and walked us through what we were doing wrong with the straps and the angle without making us feel ridiculous. My only gripe is that it took longer than I expected to hear back about the appointment, which was a bit annoying when you’re trying to get everything sorted.
Once we were there in person though, they were kind, calm, and really helpful. No judgment, no weird attitude, just solid support. I’d use Snuggle Bugz again for this kind of thing, even if I wish the booking reply had been faster

The box showed up crushed and the tape was already half open, which wasn’t great. The item itself was fine, but since it’s baby stuff, I guess I just expected the packaging to be a little better... kind of disappointing, honestly

I felt good using the site. It was easy enough to move around, and the categories just kind of made sense without me having to think too much about it. Checkout was simple too, which I always appreciate. The only thing that kind of bothered me was that some pages felt slow, especially when I was looking through the sale stuff. Not a huge deal, but I definitely noticed it. Still, I was able to place my order without any real problems

"Rewards are decent, once you figure them out"
I’ve ordered from Snuggle Bugz a handful of times now, and the loyalty points are actually not bad if you shop there regularly. It’s not like you’re getting some massive discount, but with how pricey baby stuff is, every bit helps. I do like being able to put the rewards toward things I was already planning to buy. It did take me a little while to figure out how the whole points thing works, which kind of makes you wonder why they don’t make it more obvious, but overall I’m happy with it.

"Really easy baby registry experience"
We set up our baby registry on Snuggle Bugz and it was way easier than I expected, which was a nice surprise with everything else going on. I could add items online, swap things out, and make changes whenever I needed without it feeling complicated.
A few family members ended up buying gifts from the registry and no one seemed confused, huge relief. The shipping updates were clear too, and we had one return that got sorted out quickly.
Overall, it was just a smooth experience and made baby prep feel a little less overwhelming. I’d definitely use it again
